Research Purpose
eSense-Cancer is an online program designed to address sexual difficulties amongst cancer survivors. The present study will gather feedback from breast cancer survivors on the eSenseCancer program. Each participant will be assigned one module in eSense-Cancer to complete, followed by an online interview with the study coordinator to share their feedback.
Research Procedure:
After you express interest, our study coordinator will contact you and schedule an introductory Zoom call with you before proceeding. In total, this study will require approximately 4 hours over 4 weeks to complete the following tasks:
- Introductory Zoom Call (determine eligibility): < 15 minutes
- Questionnaire 1 (background, cancer history, sexual experiences): 25 minutes
- Assigned module of eSense-Cancer: 2-3 hours
- Questionnaire 2 (feedback): < 10 minutes
- Zoom interview (verbal feedback): 30 minutes
Who can participate?
Participants must meet all inclusion criteria in order to participate, and will be unable to
participate if they do not meet for one or more of the following:
- At least 19 years of age and able to provide informed consent for themself
- Assigned female at birth
- Self-report a current or history of breast cancer of any subtype
- Self-report symptoms of sexual difficulties
- Able to read and speak English comfortably
- Comfortable and willing to report their experiences using the program and provide feedback in
semi-structure individual interviews - Have reliable internet access and basic competency in using online platforms including email
- Are available and able to complete 1 module of eSense-Cancer over a 4-week period and attend
semi-structure individual interviews held over Zoom - Reside in Canada or the United States during the time of participation
All study procedures, aside from the introductory Zoom call and Zoom interview, will be completed asynchronously on your own time.

Where does this study take place?
This study can be completed entirely online! The introductory call and interviews will be completed on Zoom, and questionnaires will be administered electronically, so you may complete study tasks in your own home or any other private area with minimal distractions.
